Has the PDI been completed & test trial taken? Is vehicle static and dynamic performance OK?
Has the Battery been fully charged?and Tyre Pressure as per norms?
Has the coupon book been dully filled & Coupon serial no. kept on record in the sales register and update to DMS ?
Has the Delivery Certificate (DC) from Coupon and DMS been filled (DMS DC should be signed and uploaded to DMS / Coupon DC to be filled, Signed removed and filed inDealer records .)
Have you educated the customer on all below aspects -
Physically shown and explained in details the operating controls of the eScooterto the customer.
Briefed customer in details on the policy of services, warranty and maintenance schedule.
Inform about recommended tyre pressure, charger operation and tips to take care of the vehicle&battery.
Customer/or his representative should inspect/ test drive the scooter at the time of delivery and he should confirm it is free from any operational / visual defects.
The dealer should hand over set of 2 keys along with 2 key fobs, first aid kit and tool kit along with the eScooter.
Customer should be assisted in downloading the mobile customer app and complete the registration process on his mobile with register mobile number.
Delivery Certificate from the DMS, should be printed and signed off. This gets printed along with the invoice and is the second page.
