BGAUSS VEHICLE DELIVERY CHECKLIST FOR DEALER Date :
  • Has the PDI been completed & test trial taken? Is vehicle static and dynamic performance OK?
  • Has the Battery been fully charged?and Tyre Pressure as per norms?
  • Has the coupon book been dully filled & Coupon serial no. kept on record in the sales register and update to DMS ?
  • Has the Delivery Certificate (DC) from Coupon and DMS been filled (DMS DC should be signed and uploaded to DMS / Coupon DC to be filled, Signed removed and filed inDealer records .)
  • Have you educated the customer on all below aspects -
    • Physically shown and explained in details the operating controls of the eScooterto the customer.
    • Briefed customer in details on the policy of services, warranty and maintenance schedule.
    • Inform about recommended tyre pressure, charger operation and tips to take care of the vehicle&battery.
    • Customer/or his representative should inspect/ test drive the scooter at the time of delivery and he should confirm it is free from any operational / visual defects.
    • The dealer should hand over set of 2 keys along with 2 key fobs, first aid kit and tool kit along with the eScooter.
    • Customer should be assisted in downloading the mobile customer app and complete the registration process on his mobile with register mobile number.
    • Delivery Certificate from the DMS, should be printed and signed off. This gets printed along with the invoice and is the second page.
